All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

Payment Processing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Digital Courses:

30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase

Must complete at least 50% of course modules to be eligible

Refund requests must include explanation of completion attempts

1:1 Coaching Programs:

No refunds after first coaching session is completed

48-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions

Unused sessions may be transferred within program timeframe

Mastermind Programs:

No refunds after second group session

Commitment required for full program duration

Transfers to future cohorts may be available (subject to availability)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on The Sustainable Scale Lab website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, research, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and software, is the property of The Sustainable Scale Lab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our website or services (including testimonials, case studies, or forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for business purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions

Complete agreed-upon assignments and tasks

Respect scheduled session times and cancellation policies

Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants in group programs

Coach Responsibilities

We commit to:

Provide services with professional competence

Maintain confidentiality of client information

Honor scheduled sessions and provide adequate notice of any changes

Deliver services as outlined in program descriptions

10. Cancellation and Termination

Client Cancellation

Individual coaching sessions: 48-hour notice required

Program cancellation: Subject to specific program refund policies

Account termination: May be requested at any time

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate your access to services immediately if you:

Violate these Terms

Engage in disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients

Fail to make required payments

Misuse our intellectual property

11. Disclaimers

No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Results Disclaimer
